Các lưu ý khi làm Croissant:

Nguyên liệu – 11 cái bánh (tuỳ vào kích thước bánh lớn nhỏ)
– 240 gr bột mì đa dụng
– 1 tsp men bánh mì (yeast – không phải bột nở (baking powder))
– 35 gr đường
– 1 tsp muối
– 15 gr bơ lạt (trộn với bột)
– 125 ml nước
– 15 gr sữa tươi

– 120gr bơ lạt (để cán thành miếng)

English recipe – for 11 croissants (depend on the size)
– 240 gr all purpose flour
– 1 tsp instant dry yeast
– 35 gr sugar
– 1 tsp salt
– 15 gr unsalted butter (mixed in the dough)
– 125 ml water (room temperature)
– 15 gr milk (or whipping cream for more creamy flavour)

– 120 gr unsalted butter

The rolling size of:
– Dough: 18×13 cm
– Butter: 9×13 cm
